菲林异常对图形转移的影响及预防
摘要：菲林在丝印及图像转移工序中有着很重要的作用。菲林是用黑片作为母片，重氮片作为材料复制而成，重氮片本身对外界环境极为敏感。因此对图形转移也有很大的影响。从生产经验来看，经常出现的短路、开路、显影不净、线幼、曝光不良等都时常与菲林有关。针对上面所遇到的异常情况，对由菲林引起的异常情况找出菲林制作过程或保存过程中的失误，掌握重氮片性能参数及成分。从根本上预防菲林异常。
