对加快台州加工贸易发展的思考

摘    要

      台州市加工贸易增长迅速,在对外贸易中的比重不断提高；内外资企业从事加工贸易的积极性不断提高;在加工贸易的构成中，进料加工的比重不断上升，来料加工的比重逐步下降；贸易产品地方分布颇显特色。但台州市加工贸易规模不大，占外贸出口比重偏小；加工贸易附加值低，产品技术含量不高；加工贸易企业规模小，产业关联度低。本文认为加快台州市加工贸易发展应采取以下对策：促进高新技术产业发展；提高加工贸易增值率，并创立自有名牌；增强配套能力，提高加工贸易的产业关联度；制定加工贸易发展战略，进一步完善加工贸易的政策和经济环境；完善加工贸易监管方式、产业评估制度及引进相关人才机制。

Abstract

The processing trade of Taizhou is being growing sharply, and its percentage in foreign trade is rising up. The positivity of domestic-funded enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises is gradually increased. In the structure of processing trade, with the proportion of processing with supply material descending, the proportion of processing with imported materials is growing up. The trade products’ distribution is distinguishing in different countries. However, the size of processing trade in Taizhou is not large, and its exporting percentage is slightly in a low level, and the added value of processing trade is small, so the product technology content and the size of processing enterprises are still not big either, as well as the degree of industrial connections. In this thesis, we’ll talk about what policies to accelerate the development of processing trade in Taizhou, such as promoting the development of high-tech industry, promoting the added value rate of process trade, creating the own nameplates, strengthening the supporting capacity, tightening the industrial connections of processing trade, establishing the development strategies of processing trade, further perfecting the policies and economic environment, and improving the supervising methods, industrial estimate system and rational talent system.
