浅析国际保理在我国外贸企业中的运用现状及对策

摘    要

      国际保理业务是一项具有众多优点的现代金融产品，随着中国金融市场的不断开放，保理业务也已成熟的外资银行不断进入中国，与中国的银行分享保理这个巨大的蛋糕。
保理业务在我国外贸企业中也得到了较大发展，但与发达国家相比发展相对缓慢，外贸企业思想观念还没有转变，银行业务水平不高，社会信用体系建设不完善，制约了我国外贸企业的进一步发展。
本文对外贸企业中的国际保理业务进行了研究，发现国际保理在外贸企业中发展缓慢的原因是由于外贸企业、银行、政府三个方面造成的，要想把国际保理在外贸企业中真正发展起来，为外贸企业谋福利，需要外贸企业、银行、政府联合，共同努力，建立国际保理在外贸企业发展中所需要的”软件”和”硬件”，创造国际保理顺利运行的良好环境，从而促进我国经济更好更快地发展。

Abstract

International factoring is a modern financial product combined with many advantages. As the financial market gradually opened to the outer the foreign-funded banks with mature factoring businesses have also come to China to share the big cake--factoring with Chinese banks.
Even though our foreign trade companies have made big progress in the business of factoring, they still have a low progressing speed compared to the developed countries. The foreign companies have a out-of-date idea, the banks haven't got so good business level and our social credit mechanism construction is not perfect. All of them constrain the further development of our foreign corporations.
This paper did some research on the international factoring businesses in the Chinese foreign trade companies and found that it’s the Chinese foreign trade companies, banks and government that make the international factoring business develop slowly. We need our foreign trade companies、banks and government unite together and then the international factoring can be really developed in the foreign trade companies. They have to unite together to create the “software” and hardware” which are needed in the development of foreign trade company’s international factoring business and build a good environment which can make the international factoring run smoothly and promote our economy developed well and quickly.
