绿色贸易壁垒对西部地区的影响及其对策探析

摘     要

       加入WTO为中国对外贸易带来了新的发展机遇，同时国际贸易绿色化趋势也带来了前所未有的冲击。我们不得不面对一个新的问题和挑战，那就是绿色壁垒。绿色壁垒作为一种新兴的贸易保护措施，现在已被大多数国家所采用。由于绿色壁垒的环保效应，其在环保观念日益深入人心的未来不仅不会被削弱，相反会被日益强化。现阶段，我国对绿色壁垒的研究主要侧重于对绿色贸易壁垒的成因、特点、表现形式、对中国外贸出口的总体影响，以及中国应对绿色壁垒的对策进行总结性研究。而专门针对西部这一特定区域如何应对绿色壁垒的研究是少之又少。随着绿色壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响越来越大，研究西部地区如何应对绿色壁垒才能在激烈的国际竞争中取胜将具有重要的理论和现实意义。
本文首先介绍了绿色贸易壁垒的概念,特点,主要类型等,然后通过一些案例分析了绿色贸易壁垒对西部地区的影响,最后针对这些影响提出了一些对策.

Abstract

The accession to the WTO has brought the new opportunity for development for Chinese foreign trade, the green trend of international trade brought the unprecedented impact at the same time. We have to face a new problem and challenge that is green trade barrier (GTB). As a kind of new developing trade protective barrier, GTB now has already been adopted by most countries. Because of the effect of environmental protection of the GTB, it will not be weakened in the future that be rooted in the hearts of the people in environmental protection idea day by day ,on the contrary it will be strengthened day by day. At the present, the study on GTB of our country mainly lays particular emphasis on the cause, characteristic, form of expression, overall influence on Chinese foreign export to the GTB. While the special and direct research about this particular area and GTB in the western region was few. As impact  of GTB. On export trade of our country being grater and greater, studying how western region tackling GTB then to win fierce international competition has academic and realistic value.
This thesis first introduces the concept, characteristic, main types and so on of the Green Trade Barrier, after that, it gives us some suggestions according to these influences by analyzing the effects of the Green Trade Barrier to the Western Areas in China.
