国际贸易中进一步发挥商会作用问题探析

摘   要

    商会组织在我国发展社会主义市场经济，转变政府职能、解决贸易争端等方面都发挥着重要作用。我国的商会组织随着经济改革渐渐兴起，虽然近年来得到了较快的发展，但我国商会的总体素质还很弱。对比国外商会功能，我国商会整体水平、功能作用明显不足。
在中国加入世界贸易组织等背景下，发挥商会的作用显得尤为迫切。对此，本文首先对商会进行了简介，分析了在市场经济条件下商会对于我国在国际贸易中的重要性，然后介绍了外国商会在国际贸易中的重要作用，之后从我国的实际情况出发，阐述了我国商会发展的现状及存在的问题，并说明了由于我国商会发展的不健全对我国国际贸易不利的一面。最后，文章从政府应当理顺商会体制改革的思路、加快商会法，企业应重视、信任商会和商会要正视、纠正自身存在的问题等方面分析了如何使中国商会在国际贸易中发挥应有的作用。

Abstract

The chamber of commerce has played an important role in developing our market economy, transforming the government function and solving the trade conflict. It is different from other civilian organizations in its members, nature, purpose and function. During the economic reform, the chamber of commerce gradually came into being. Although they have developed very quickly, the overall quality of our guild organizations is still far from solid.
It is very important to develop the function of chamber of commerce since China join World Trade Organization. In order to find out the reason, first, this thesis talks about what the chamber of commerce is. Second it analyzes the importance of chamber of commerce in international trade to our country. Third it introduces important function of the foreign chamber of commerce in the international trade. Then it expounds the current situation and problems that our chamber of commerce has, and explains a negative impact on the development of our international trade that the chamber of commerce develops because of the fault of our country. Finally, this thesis provides the corresponding settlement strategies to make the Chinese chamber of commerce bring the due effect into play in international trade from the point of view of government ministries shall be clear how to deal with the mechanism reform of chamber of commerce, enterprise should trust the chamber of commerce, and chamber of commerce should encounter and correct its problems etc.
