中美纺织品贸易摩擦原因分析及对策

摘   要

2005年1月世界纺织品贸易配额正式取消，配额制度的如期取消本应给我国纺织品出口带来一个“美好的春天”，然而以美国为首的一些国家屡屡向我国纺织品服装出口产品发难，造成了名副其实的“多事之春”。本文回顾了中美纺织品贸易的争端过程，分析了中美纺织品贸易摩擦对我国的影响、并分别从中美两方面探究了中美纺织品贸易摩擦的原因，在此基础上，提出了几点应对策略。本文认为中美两国的纺织品贸易摩擦涉及到两国的其它经济甚至政治问题，既是美国霸权的体现，同时也反映出中国纺织品行业存在的问题，如何应对两国的纺织品贸易摩擦，寻求解决之道，对我国来说任重而道远。

Abstract

The textile quota was canceled formally in January 2005, which may bring Chinese textile trading a “beautiful spring”, however, some countries, especially the America, always made troubles to us. The article reviews the textile trading friction between China and America, analyzes the influence about the textile trading friction between China and America, investigates the reasons about the China-America textile trading friction from China and America, puts forward several tactics at this basis. The article believes that the China-America textile trading friction involves not only the economic problems, but also the political problems between the two countries, which is mainly America’s supremacy. At the same time, it reflects the problems in Chinese textile area. How can China deal with the China-America textile trading friction and how to find good methods to solve it are hard and long way to go.
