浙江省高等教育服务贸易的比较优势分析

摘   要

    近年来，教育贸易引起了一些国家特别是发达国家的高度重视，呈现出强劲的发展势头，正日益成为国际贸易的一个重要的新兴领域。加入WTO后，浙江省的教育服务贸易也面临了很大的挑战。
 本文运用比较优势理论的逻辑和概念来阐述浙江省高等教育服务贸易，其比较优势的决定因素应该包括要素禀赋、技术因素；消费者偏好、供给面的因素以及政策面对市场结构的影响等方面因素，从而实现商品贸易理论和高等教育服务贸易理论的对接；拟建立一个关于浙江省高等教育服务贸易比较优势的评估办法，试图在高等教育服务贸易领域的研究开创一条新的分析思路，以期具体指导浙江省高等服务贸易的实践。

ABSTRACT

 Recently，service trade is developing quickly, and some countries，especially developed countries，have paid attention to it，so that education service trade is becoming an important new field of international trade. And Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade is faced with huge challenge, since China has become the member of WTO.
 This paper tends to illustrate higher education service trade by using the logic and connotation of the classic Comparative Advantage Theory to link the traditional merchandise trade theory and theory of higher education service trade. And the essential factors of comparative advantage of higher education service trade should contain factor endowments， technical factors， consumer preference， educational supply and the effects of policy on the market，etc. It tries to establish a new analysis by setting up an evaluation index and system of Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade， and hope that it will direct the practice of Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade.
