With China's reform of the personal wage system ,it is urgently needed to establish flexible and diversified forms of using employees by small and medium-sized enterprises, and more and more ones prefer to offer human resource outsourcing service. However, China's human resource outsourcing only gets off at the initial stage, some small and medium-sized enterprises are still lacking the understanding and practical experience, and haven't recognized the risks of human resource outsourcing. This thesis basically discusses the intension and advantages of management human resource outsourcing, analyzes the risks of human resource outsourcing, and points out some suggestions on how to practise human resource outsourcing.
