摘   要
 
     改革开放20多年来，浙江经济的繁荣吸引了世人的关注，众多学者对浙江现象进行了归因分析，不同角度的研究都倾向于把它归因到新浙商身上所特有的新浙商精神。著名经济学家梁小民教授就曾经指出:“浙江商人最大的优势在于精神优势” 。虽然随着时代的变化，那些牢牢扎根于新浙商心中的可贵财富品质却永远不会褪色,但是新浙商的创业模式、经营模式会随之转型。故本人希望通过本文,从对“新浙商”群体的研究入手，试图从影响新浙商群体发展的诸因素中分析新浙商的起源、成长, 并在此基础上从比较研究的角度对新浙商企业的发展模式加以考察和总结，从而做个反思并尝试为新浙商企业的发展提出一些可行性的建议。

Study on ‘new zheshang’ s model and reflection

ABSTRACT

In the two decades after the policy of reform and opening , the prosperity of Zhejiang economy attracted the attention from the mass. A lot of specialists devote into analyzing the complication of the Zhejiang phenomenon , and their researches  indicated that the spirit of ‘new zheshang’ is the vital element . XiaominLiang，a famous economist ever stated that the spiritual vantage was the best advantage of the Zhejiang merchant . With the changes of age , the Precious qualities which were well rooted into the hearts of the ‘newZheshang’ will be there forever , but the business model of creation and operation of the ‘newZheshang’ will be Changed . So I began with the study of the new ‘zheshang’ as a whole , then attempted to analyze ‘newZheshang’s origin and development form various factors in the growing of ‘newZheshang’. I explored and summarized the development model of ‘new zheshang ’ enterprise from a comparative study , then made a reflection and attempted to give some feasible suggestions for the development of‘newZheshang’ enterprise.
