中国大米的贸易形势及贸易政策探讨

摘  要

   伴随国际大米贸易量的日益增长，大米出口国间的竞争也日趋激烈，各大稻米强国都制定了适合本国国情的行之有效的贸易政策。今年伴随国际大米价格的快速上涨，世界粮食贸易的形势和各国的贸易政策都发生了较大的变化，中国作为世界粮食生产大国和消费国，大米又是占一半消费量以上的重要粮食及经济作物，中国大米的进出口有着平衡国内需求的重要作用，并对国际大米市场产生重要深远的影响。
 本文将对当今国内外大米贸易形势和政策作一些探讨，并介绍和分析中国的大米贸易的历史及现状，近年来特别是入世后国内贸易政策的制定和实行和面对目前粮价攀升的形势所采取的应对措施，最后进步探讨要如何更好的适应入世后经济自由化带来的挑战，开拓广阔的海外市场。

ABSTRACT

   Follows the international rice volume of trade the day-by-day growth, rice-exporting countries among the increasingly intense competition the major rice countries have developed their trade policies more effective suited to their national conditions. This year followed the international rice price the fast rise, the world grain trade situation and various countries' trade policy has the big change, China has taken the world China as a major world grain production and consumer countries, rice is the consumption of more than half of the important food and cash crops, the Chinese rice import and export has the balanced domestic demand influential role, and had the important profound influence to the international rice market.
 This article makes some discussions to now the domestic and foreign rice trade situation and the policy, and will introduce and analyzes China's rice trade history and the present situation, In recent years especially after China's accession to the WTO trade policy formulation and implementation of the current grain price rise and face the situation by taking measures to deal with，Finally progress to discuss how to better adapt to the post-WTO challenges brought about by economic liberalization, opening up vast overseas markets.
