浅析“绿色壁垒”对杭州茶叶出口的影响及应对策略

摘  要

 绿色壁垒的应用在发达国家越来越普遍，手段也层出不穷，尽管杭州相关检验检疫部门对茶叶出口企业一再发出最新的预警信息，提醒企业注意预防“绿色壁垒”所带来的冲击，但是却还是不能避免和“绿色壁垒”的遭遇，许多货物在装运到港口时被扣押、退回。本文经过对杭州茶叶受影响的原因分析，得出杭州茶叶存在农残控制跟不上发达国家标准、茶叶包装难以逾越绿色包装制度、品牌信用度受阻绿色环境标志、茶叶重金属检测难过新检测法等问题，进而针对这些问题提出相应对策，包括严格控制茶叶农残，紧跟最新标准、谨慎选择检验茶叶包装、重视开发塑造自己的知名品牌、重视环境保护，改善土壤质量。
