范文编号:GM538 范文字数:10433.页数:19 摘 要 20世纪90年代经济全球化浪潮中表现出来的一个趋势是跨国并购的迅猛增长。越来越多的中国企业走上跨国并购的道路,然而很多企业的跨国并购的结果并不理想,很多跨国并购的问题集中反映在文化的差异上,包括企业文化和民族文化。面对这样的情况,中国企业必须进行多元化的文化分析,选择适当的文化整合模式,保证跨国并购的成功完成,本文试图浅析跨国并购的现状,文化整合在跨国并购中出现的原因,重要性,模式等内容,并在此基础上提出在文化整合时还需注意的一些问题。
ON THE CULTURAL INTEGRATION OF THE CROSS-BORDER M & A IN CHINA ABSTRACT 90s of the 20th century the tide of economic globalization shown a trend of cross-border M & As is the rapid growth. More and more Chinese enterprises embark on the path of cross-border M & A. But the results of many cross-border M & A are not satisfactory. A lot of problems of the cross-border M & A reflect cultural differences, including corporate culture and national culture. This difference has played a big roll in the cross-border M & A. Chinese enterprises must carry out a wide range of cultural analysis, appropriate cultural integration model in order to ensure the successful transnational mergers and acquisitions. This paper attempts to analyze the status quo in cross-cultural integration of M & A as well as its reasons, importance and modes.
