技术性贸易壁垒对泉州茶叶出口的影响及对策研究

摘  要

 技术性贸易壁垒已经成为影响国际贸易的最重要因素, 中国也面临着越来越多的技术性贸易壁垒约束。长期以来，农产品贸易在世界货物贸易中占据着极其重要的地位。由于其特殊性，各国对农产品贸易实施更为严格的技术性贸易壁垒的趋势正愈演愈烈，这给我国这样一个农产品出口大国造成的压力越来越大。茶叶国际贸易中技术性壁垒(TBT) 的兴起有其客观必然性,我国茶叶产业无法回避。本文通过对泉州茶叶出口贸易遭遇的技术性性贸易壁垒的现状情况进行总结，及对其原因影响进行分析，并提出相关的对策，从而对泉州茶叶出口贸易进行展望。

Research of the Impact of  Technical Barriers to Trade on Tea Export of Quanzhou and Countermeasures

 ABSTRACT

 Technical barriers to trade has become the most important factor of affecting international trade, China is also faced with a growing number of technical trade barriers constraints. For a long time, the agricultural goods trade occupies an extremely important position in the world trade. Because of its unique, the trend of all the implementation of agricultural trade more stringent technical barriers to trade is growing, China as such a large country, the pressure of exporting agricultural goods is increasing. The rise of Tea technical barriers to international trade (TBT) is objective and inevitable, Chinese tea industry can not be avoided. Under the conditions of WTO, in the face of today's growing TBT, the continued development of tea industry faces new challenges in China. The article aggregated the situation of technical barriers to trade that Quanzhou exporting tea faced, and analyzed the reasons and impact, then proposed the correlative countermeasure.
