浙江省汽车零部件产业升级战略研究

摘  要
    
  20世纪90年代末兴起的全球价值链理论为发展中国家的产业升级研究提供了崭新的视角。汽车工业是推动国民经济发展的引擎,在经济增长中扮演着重要的角色，而汽车零部件产业的发展水平将直接影响和制约汽车工业的发展。而汽车零部件产业是浙江省的传统的优势产业，但是浙江省汽车零部件产业还是在产品等级上存在一些障碍。所以探寻全球化背景和产业升级趋势，积极发展和改善汽车零部件产业，是浙江省先进制造业基地建设的重要内容，对于加快浙江省制造业结构战略性调整，培育新的经济增长点，实现全省经济持续加快发展具有重要的现实意义。
    本文采用理论演绎和案例研究相结合的方法，在前人对全球价值链的理论解释和治理模式研究发展的基础上，探讨全球价值链发展所遵循的规律。然后根据全球汽车零部件产业发展的状况，结合各个汽车零部件发达国家的产业发展道路，分析了我省目前的汽车零部件产业升级现状以及存在的问题，为全球分工合作过程中我省汽车零部件产业发展战略提出了参考性的思路。

 ABSTRACT

 The end of  the 1990’s, with the global value chains theory rising, and given the developing country a new researching industry upgrading visual. The auto part industry is a engine of driving the development of the country economy, and plays an important role in the economy increasing. However the level of the auto part industry could effect and restrict the auto part industry development. The auto part industry is the old and dominance industry of the Zhejiang province, but there is a lot of obstacle in the product grade. So it is become a trend that search the new technology for the auto part industry under the current of globalization and product upgrading, also is the important part of build Zhejiang advantage manufacturing, and improving the adjust of manufacturing frame stratagem, and cultivate the new economic increasing dot. That can carry out the Zhejiang economy improving forever.
  The text adopts associative theory deduct and case research ways, on the base of the global value chains exoteric and father mode researching. We probe into following the law of Global Value Chain development. Than we could based the global auto part industry, and joint the auto part industry developing ways in the developed country, analyzing the auto part industry upgrade and some questions in Zhejiang province. At last bring forward some tactic way for how to developing the Zhejiang auto part industry.
