人民币升值对我国出口贸易的影响及政策研究

摘  要

 汇率问题是与国民经济密切相关的一个重要国际金融问题，汇率升值或贬值都会对一国的对外贸易产生重大影响。改革开放以来，我国对外贸易的飞速发展累积了大量贸易顺差和外汇储备，使我国目前面临着空前的人民币升值压力。2005年7月21日，中国政府出其不意地进行了人民币汇率形成机制改革和汇率调整，中国人民银行宣布自即日起，我国开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度。人民币汇率不再盯住单一美元，形成更富弹性的人民币汇率机制，同时宣布人民币对美元升值2%，实现汇改以来已一年整，人民币汇率弹性循序增加。本文在分析人民币升值的背景及原因的基础上，结合实际论述了人民币升值对我国进出口贸易正反两方面的影响，并就如何应对人民币升值促进我国进出口贸易的发展提出了一些意见。

Impact of RMB Appreciation on Export
ABSTRACT

 Since July 21,2005,based on market supplies and demands, our country has adopted a floating exchange rate system to regulate and manage a basket of currencies. The conversion rate between RMB and US dollar has increased 2%, which will float within a certain range. This paper will explore through theory and practice, analyzing the influences on common people resulted from appreciation of currencies. Through the way of combining econometric model into theory analysis，the paper analyze problem from two stages of short-term and long-term. The paper explain that common people will not be significantly affected in a short period of time. However, there will be a considerable negative influence from long-term view. This article will bring forward corresponding options and proposals regarding to this issue.
