摘    要
由于我国社区矫正还处于刚刚起步阶段，因此，在社区矫正中还有很多不完善的地方。目前，我国社区矫正中存在的主要问题表现为：社区群众、社区矫正对象对社区矫正不认同，社区群众对社区矫正的参与不够。我国现行法律对于社区矫正法制化程度不高，目前还没有关于社区矫正统一的立法。社区矫正执法主体与工作主体分离，矫正手段单一。缺乏严密、完善的工作衔接机制，使矫正机关难以向被矫正对象实施有效监管与考察。社区矫正队伍的职业化达不到要求，专业化程度不高。

On the main issues of community correction in China

Abstract: Since China's community correction is still in just the initial stage, therefore, in the community there are many imperfections in the correct place.
