摘   要

     纠纷是一种社会现象，解决纠纷则是调整人们社会关系所必需的。随着社会的发展，司法诉讼程序已经成为解决纠纷常用的方式。然而，基于社会的多元化，解决纠纷的方法也应多元化，以适应社会的需求。因此，在以诉讼程序为主的基础上，必须建立与之相适应的非诉讼纠纷解决机制。面对法治发展和诉讼高潮的到来，我国的非诉讼纠纷解决机制需要进入一种现代化的转型，融入到世界性的非诉讼潮流之中。本文从非诉讼纠纷解决机制的基本原理入手，结合我国非诉讼纠纷解决机制的现状，针对我国非诉讼纠纷解决机制中存在的问题，提出几点完善的建议。

0n China's Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism
Abstract

       Dispute is a social phenomenon, it is necessary to resolve the dispute for adjusting people's social relations. With the development of the society, a judicial proceeding has become a common way to resolve dispute. However, according to social diversity, it should be also diversified to meet the needs of society. Therefore, based on the judicial proceeding in the main, we must build suitable Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism. Faced with the development of the rule of law and litigation upsurge in the arrival, China's Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism needs to transform into modernization and become a part of the global trend of the Alternative Dispute Resolution. This article from Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism start with the basic principles, combines with the reality of the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism in China, in view of the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism’s existing problems, put forward some good proposals.
