浅谈农民工的社会保障问题

摘要

“农民工”这个词对于国人来说并不陌生，其指的是进城务工的农民。改革开放至今，我国经济进入了快速发展阶段，与此同时，也有越来越多的农民从农村进入到城市，或打工，或是经商，为推动城市社会、经济的发展做出了重要贡献，现如今已变成国内工人阶级的一个重要构成部分。然而，长期以来，农民工都面临着医疗、养老等一系列问题，这大大降低了其生产质量。这几年，国家越来越关注这一问题，并相继出台了一系列政策制度以促进农民工社会保障问题的有效解决，农民工的社会保障制度开始了新的里程。就现阶段而言，国家与政府在社会保障方面的工作目标主要是怎么样才能更好的贯彻落实国家及各级政府所出台的各项政策与制度，让老百姓的生老病死都有强而有力的后盾支撑，促进广大人民群众生存质量的显著提升，其中自然也包括农民的社会保障问题在内，并且这是当前解决我国社会保障问题的重中之重。

本文将讲述社会保障的概念及体系，围绕农民工的社会保障问题进行研究，在分析目前我国农民工社会保障问题的现状及其形成原因的基础上，提出相应的解决策略，以期能够引起社会对农民工社会保障问题的更多关注，为这群“特殊”的群体提供更有利的生存环境。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese peasants have stepped out of the countryside, and the number of people who have entered the city to work and do business has increased day by day. The peasants who go to work in cities, which are commonly known as "migrant workers," have become an indispensable part of China's urban construction and management. They have played an extremely important role in the social and economic development of our country. In fact, they have become an important part of the working class in China. The society pays attention to the value and services provided by this new force. The state and the government have been paying attention to the social security issues such as medical care and old-age care for migrant workers, and the social security system for migrant workers has begun a new milestone. How to implement good policies and systems so that the country's social security system can effectively guarantee the quality of life of the people and benefit the people's lives, so that the broad masses of the people have no worries, and they are guaranteed to live and die, and live with dignity. This is the state and the government. The goal is to be an important topic in social security work.

This article will describe the concept and system of social security, guide the specific problems of social security for migrant workers, analyze the causes of social security issues of migrant workers at this stage, and then propose corresponding effective measures to solve the social security problems of migrant workers. Through a series of analysis and overview of this article, I hope to attract more attention from the society to the social security issues of migrant workers and provide a more favorable living environment for this group of "special" groups.
