范文编号:FZ028 范文字数:12939.页数:19 摘 要: 针对浙江服装中小企业目前遭遇的主要困境和瓶颈,企业间尤其是浙江的各个产业集群内部的战略联盟将作为中小企业产业升级的另一种探索。在全球经济危机的影响下,浙江的中小企业处境艰难:一方面,企业遭遇融资困难、技术与人才不足、同一集群(市场)内耗严重等问题;另一方面,企业本身的实力无足以实现政府倡导的产业升级。而战略联盟理论能够帮助浙江服装中小企业产业集群整合产业链,优化资源配置,搭建区域品牌抱团对外,使中小企业走出目前的不利状况。 Abstract: Zhejiang clothing SMEs are the main difficulties and bottlenecks encountered, especially Zhejiang enterprises in all industry clusters within the strategic alliance will serve as another way of upgrading for SMEs to explore.In the global economic crisis, the struggling small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province: on the one hand, enterprises face difficulties in financing, technology and talent shortage, the same cluster (the market) internal friction serious problems; the other hand, the strength of the enterprise itself not enough to achieve the Government initiatedof industrial upgrading.The theory of strategic alliances to help SMEs in Zhejiang apparel industry chain cluster integration and optimization of resources, build brand Baotuan outside the region, so that out of the current adverse situation of SMEs.Key words: small garment enterprises; industrial clusters; strategic alliances; regional brand
