摘  要
   
 在全球经济竞争日益激烈的当今世界，加强质量成本的管理，不仅可以提高企业的竞争能力，而且可以增强顾客对高质量、低成本产品和服务的需求。增强质量成本管理成为企业成败的关键。
 西方发达国家早在二十世纪20年代就开始了质量成本管理的大力探索与尝试，而我国于70年代才开始认识质量成本管理。诸多原因导致了我国质量成本管理工作尚未得到广泛应用。
 本文从多角度分析了制约我国质量成本管理推广应用的原因。其主要表现在:质量观念不强、质量管理水平落后、质量成本核算工作存在薄弱环节、评价质量成本管理效果的方法有待改善、企业质量成本管理信息化程度不高等等…
 通过质量管理在正威集团的应用的论述，本文认为在推广应用质量成本管理的进程中，建立企业质量文化是重要前提，实施先进的六西格玛质量管理是基础，加强质量成本核算是核心内容，完善质量成本管理的评价方法是动力之源，实施质量成本管理信息化是有力保证。

The Application of Quality cost management in FoxLink group

Abstract：In the current economic world, the competition is more and more furious. To strengthen the management of quality cost and not only enhance  the competing ability,  but also increase the consumers. demand on product and service with higher duality and lower cost.
 This paper analyzes the causes in several aspects which of restrict the development quality cost management. They mainly represent on the duality notion, quality control level, quality cost accounting, appraisal method on quality cost management, and quality cost management informization.
     Through quality control in prestige group's application elaboration. The first, it is the premise to establish the quality culture in corporation. The second，it is the basis to apply six sigma quality management. The third, it is important to strengthen the quality cost accounting. The  forth，it  is  necessary  to  improve  the appraisal method on quality cost management. And the fifth，it is also necessary to make quality cost management informization come into operation.
