建筑工程质量管理项目报告问题研究

摘要

随着时代的步伐，祖国在建筑行业的步伐越走越快，正在高速发展，林林总总的优秀的管理方法、建造技术与新型机械设备等等都不断衍生出来，建筑工程的质量管理的水平也在不断拔高。质量是建筑工程的灵魂与生命，质量的品质会影响到整个工程的直接成败，人民群众的经济保障以及生命安全发展同样会被直接影响到。由于当今新时代建筑行业的飞速发展，人民群众对建筑工程的各个要求与审美以及标准也是不尽相同和不断拔高，通过了解探究了我国建筑工程过去的历史与质量现状以及探究分析了我国建筑工程的当前的质量管理与质量控制条件现状，为解决建筑工程项目因为质量而引起的各类繁杂繁琐的不同问题，我们深入了解探究质量管理以及质量控制等优秀的方法来提供影响建筑工程质量的人员因素、价格与材料因素、设施工作因素、条件方法因素、内外部环境因素克服措施，期寄能给我国新时代建筑工程质量管理与质量控制提供帮助。

Abstract

With the pace of The Times,the pace of the motherland in the construction industry is faster and faster,is developing at a high speed,the total number of excellent management methods,construction technology and new mechanical equipment and so on are constantly derived,the quality of construction engineering management level is also constantly rising.Quality is the soul and life of the construction project,the quality of quality will affect the direct success or failure of the whole project,people's economic security and life safety development will also be directly affected.Due to the rapid development of construction industry in today's new era,the people of the various requirements of the construction project and aesthetic standard also is not the same and the marketability unceasingly,by knowing that explores the history and quality status quo of China's construction projects in the past and to explore the construction projects in our country are analyzed,the current situation of quality management and quality control condition to solve the problem because of the quality of construction engineering project caused by all kinds of complex of different complicated issues,Our understanding to explore excellent methods such as quality management and quality control to provide personnel factors affecting construction quality,price and material factors,facilities work factors,conditions,methods,measures to overcome internal and external environmental factors,period send new era in China can help construction engineering quality management and quality control.
