XCLW51147 远洋地产公司的营销策略分析 (字数:16143) 中文摘要 改革开放以来,我国房地产市场从无到有,从小到大,发展极其迅速。国民经济迅猛发展,不动产投资成为一种新的投资方向,显著地促进了经济增长,为我国经济发展做出了极大的贡献。远洋地产是一家内地在香港上市的房地产公司。其在市场上占有一定的市场地位,但是其在营销策略上依旧存在问题。本文通过对远洋地产公司进行研究发现目前该公司主要存在营销观念落后,品牌意识淡薄,产品无法满足消费者的全面需求,市场调研不充分和营销诚信度不够的问题。为了解决这些问题本文提出需要提高营销队伍的综合素质,提升顾客满意度和营销手段更加人性化。从而保证远洋企业的不断发展。 关键词:远洋地产公司,营销策略,分析 English Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China's real estate market has developed rapidly from scratch and from small to large. With the rapid development of national economy, real estate investment has become a new investment direction, which has significantly promoted economic growth and made great contributions to China's economic development. Sino-ocean land is a mainland listed real estate company in Hong Kong. It occupies a certain market position in the market, but there are still problems in its marketing strategy. Based on the research of sino-ocean real estate company, this paper finds that at present, the company mainly has problems such as backward marketing concept, weak brand awareness, products unable to meet the overall needs of consumers, insufficient market research and insufficient marketing credibility. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward the need to improve the comprehensive quality of the marketing team, improve customer satisfaction and marketing means more humane.
