天津自贸区对京津冀区域经济发展的影响

，以习近平总书记为核心的党中央提出京津冀地区协同发展战略，推动京津冀协同发展取得新的更大成效，为区域经济繁荣注入了新的活力。将京津冀地区推动成为推动国民经济增长的“第三大区域”。随着京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略，天津自贸区在推进区域经济一体化的进程中地位更加突出。在京津冀区域化协同发展的大背景下天津自贸区应发挥“出海口”效应，积极地促进京畿地区进出口企业的进出口贸易额的大幅提升，显著提高京冀地区贸易企业的集约边际，从国际贸易层面推动了京津冀三大区域的经济共同发展。天津自贸区的建设，对推动京津冀区域整体经济水平的提升发挥巨大作用，有着重要的现实意义。本文对天津自贸区进行SWOT分析，探究天津自贸区对京津冀区域经济协调发展的影响，并提出天津自贸区推进京津冀区域经济发展的对策。

Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has proposed a coordinated development strategy for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to achieve new and greater results, and injecting new vitality into regional economic prosperity. Promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the “third largest region” for promoting national economic growth. With the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a national strategy, the Tianjin Free Trade Zone (Tianjin FTZ) has become more prominent in the process of promoting regional economic integration. In the context of the coordinated development of regionalization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Tianjin FTZ should exert the “sea estuary” effect, actively promote the substantial increase in the import and export trade volume of the import and export enterprises in the Gyeonggi region, and significantly increase the intensive trade enterprises in the Gyeonggi region. At the margin, from the level of international trade, the three countries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have promoted the common development of the economy. The construction of the Tianjin FTZ plays an important role in promoting the overall economic level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and has important practical significance. This paper conducts SWOT analysis on Tianjin FTZ, explores the impact of Tianjin FTZ on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy, and proposes countermeasures for Tianjin FTZ to promote regional economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
