超市库存管理问题研究——以大润发超市为例

摘 要

近些年来，随着消费水平不断地提高，零售业的发展越来越迅速，但其在不断发展的同时也面临着巨大的竞争与挑战。在现如今的这种竞争发展的模式中，零售业应根据自身的特点进行发展，降低不必要的库存成本，找到合适自身的库存管理模式，从而在竞争中获得一定的优势，提高企业的竞争力和盈利。本文以大润发超市库存管理的问题为研究对象，采取实地考察的研究方法，对超市库存管理的现状和存在的问题进行分析，通过分析提出相应的解决对策。同时也希望对竞争高度激烈的零售行业的库存管理技术研究有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of consumption level, the development of retail industry is more and more rapid, but it is also facing tremendous competition and challenges. In today's competitive development mode, retail industry should develop according to its own characteristics, reduce unnecessary inventory costs, find appropriate inventory management mode, so as to gain certain advantages in competition and improve the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises. This paper takes Darunfa Supermarket inventory management as the research object, adopts the research method of field investigation, analyses the current situation and existing problems of supermarket inventory management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures through analysis. At the same time, it is hoped that it can be used for reference in the research of inventory management technology in highly competitive retail industry.
