建筑施工企业团队项目建设与管理研究

摘  要

团队在现代企业中的地位与作用越来越凸显，几乎成了将个体利益与整体利益相统一，从而实现组织高效率运作的理想工作状态的代名词。因此，要促进现代企业各项工作的健康发展，必定要注重依靠团队的力量，加强团队的建设。本文以宏达集团M建筑项目为研究对象，研究其施工团队建设与管理问题，从组织机构、任务目标、人力资源、绩效管理以及团队激励等方面诊断问题，并且提出完善其施工团队建设与管理的对策。

ABSTRACT
