顺德B机械有限公司企业人员流失分析

摘  要

制造业作为中国第二产业的主要组成部分，是国民经济发展的支柱产业，同时也是典型的劳动密集型行业，再加上近年来中国经济技术的蓬勃发展，劳动力成本也在不断上升，这导致了在制造型企业的发展中，人力资源管理担负着不可轻视的作用。然而如今中国制造业却面临着“用工荒”的危机，特别是中小型企业，因此如何保留人才是制造企业应该引起重视的一个问题。

本文主要通过对制造类企业员工流失状况和原因分析，结合顺德B机械有限公司这个案例分析，针对以上情况，提出减少人员流失的有效措施，希望能为广大制造类企业，特别是中小型制造企业提供参考。

Abstract

  Manufacturing industry is the main part of China second industries, is a pillar industry in national economy, but also the typical labor-intensive industry, coupled with the vigorous development of China economic technology in recent years, labor costs are also rising, this has resulted in the development of manufacturing enterprises, human resource management plays should not be underestimated the role of. But now Chinese manufacturing industry is faced with "labor shortage" crisis, especially small and medium enterprises, so how to retain talent is a manufacturing enterprise should pay attention to the.

This paper mainly through the analysis of the situation and reasons of the loss of employees on the manufacturing enterprises, combined with the case of Shunde B Machinery Co. Ltd. the analysis, in view of the above situation, put forward the effective measures to reduce the loss of personnel, hope for the vast number of manufacturing enterprises, especially for the small and medium manufacturing enterprises.
