 浅析如何经营现代型小企业
                          ——以企美公司经营为例
 
[摘 要] 中小企业除具有规模小、市场适应性强、市场反应快捷、富有创新精神等优势外,还存在着技术力量薄弱、管理水平落 后、竞争能力差、经济效益低下、资金人才缺乏等重要缺陷。面对科学技术迅速发展、全球经济一体化进程加快所带来 的机遇与挑战,中小企业能否立足内外环境、结合其组织特点、扬长避短地制定出适合自身长期发展的经营战略,对 中小企业的生存发展至关重要。本文针对目前国内相当一部分小企业面临的经营困难,提出了可供企业选择的几种战略发展思路,如:企美自身核心竞争力如何提升、企美的营销策略、企美的管理制度，以及企美员工文化的塑造和培养。

 How to run a modern type of small business                           - A Case Study of  qimei companies operating enterprises

[Abstract] SMEs in addition to small-scale, market adaptability, market responsive, innovative and other advantages, there is still a technology is weak, backward management, competitive ability, low cost, lack of capital and skilled personnel and other important defects. The face of the rapid development of science and technology, global economic integration process of the opportunities and challenges, whether based on internal and external environment for SMEs, combined with its organizational characteristics to advantage to develop long-term development for their own business strategy for SMEs essential to the survival and development. In this paper, a considerable portion of domestic operational difficulties faced by SMEs, companies have chosen to put forward several strategies for development ideas, such as: the SME Cluster strategy to specifically support the collaborative management and "small and special," Strategic decisions technology innovation strategy.
