XCLW50558 HY建筑公司企业文化建设研究 (字数:9366) 中文摘要 在当今新时代之下,HY建筑公司必须迅速提升自身的实力,努力建设属于自己独特的公司文化,这样才能在如今竞争激烈的当下保持快速的增长趋势。形成竞争性公司文化是公司成长与发展的关键环节。以HY建设的企业文化为例,对HY建设的企业文化建设问卷进行了调查,并对收集到的数据进行了分析。可以得出结论,HY建筑公司始终在关于自身文化的建设上存在无法跨越的问题。在建立企业文化的过程中,问题在于:在建设企业精神时,HY建设公司的企业文化精神并未在员工中普及,许多员工对企业文化的概念没有清晰的认识,导致HY建设公司。企业文化缺乏核心价值;在建设体育文化方面,有很多宣传方法,需要树立公司形象,系统文化就是系统文化。对于公司文化建设的理解不足导致了HY建筑公司对于企业文化如何建设存在巨大的认知不足。使得该公司在企业文化建设活动上常常趋于单一的活动,这导致了员工的参与性不高。针对这些存在的不足与问题,我们应该对此研究对策,例如通过对员工的针对性培训来使得企业文化建设加快脚步,在公司内部营造一种良好的交流交互的一种气氛。这篇文章通过建立强大的企业软文化气氛,突出当下HY建筑公司的关键建设特色,通过公司文化的各种措施来加大吸引大家之间的向心力,提高员工对于公司的向心力,提高员工对于公司的信任。公司竞争力的提高使得公司在各方面的提升,质量效率的提高中起到了强大的促进作用,使得我国企业文化相关的各方面的研究建设。同时也为其他不同企业的发展提供了一个参考。 关键词:企业文化;文化建设;应用搜索 Abstract n today's new era, hy construction company must rapidly improve its own strength and strive to build its own unique corporate culture, so as to maintain a rapid growth trend in today's fierce competition.
