中小企业融资问题研究

摘要

[摘要]伴随着改革开放，中国加入WTO世贸组织，国内的经济发展可谓一日千里，经济发展水平日新月异，然而我国中小企业的融资问题却一直没有得到实质性解决，这不单单严重制约了我国中小企业自身的发展，更是关乎中国社会主义市场经济能否稳定快速发展的大问题。近些年来，我国的专家学者和实际工作者对于中小企业融资难的问题理论与实际操作上的双重研究，取得了一定的成果，然而并没有根本解决融资问题。政府也出台相关法律与政策，加大对中小企业关注程度，然而由于理论与实践的差异性，在解决融资问题上依旧困难重重。如何找到切实可行的解决办法，拓宽融资途径，实现中小企业又快又好发展，这道难题是对我国政府和相关学者的考验，也是我国构建社会主义市场经济体制的必经之路。

Abstract: Along with the reform and opening up, China accession to the WTO, China's rapid economic development can be described, rapid economic development, but financing problems of SMEs in China but it has not been substantially resolved, it is not only severely restricts the SMEs in China's own development, but also relates to the stability of China's socialist market economy and rapid development of the big problems. In recent years, China's scholars and practitioners to study the problem of double financing of SMEs theoretical and actual operational and achieved some results, but does not fundamentally solve the problem of financing. The Government also introduced the relevant laws and policies to increase the degree of concern for SMEs, however, due to the difference between theory and practice, in addressing the issue of financing is still difficult. How to find practical solutions to broaden the financing channels, to achieve rapid and healthy development of SMEs, which is a difficult decision for our government and scholars of the test is the only way to build our country's socialist market economic system.
