摘     要：互联网的快速普及带动了IT业的蓬勃发展，IT企业对于自身资源的整合优化势在必行，从而衍生出IT外包。IT外包是一个企业与外包商交互的过程，这个过程中必然会产生风险。

本文将几个常见的风险分为：来自企业的风险，来自外包商的风险，来自外包环境的风险，来自企业和外包商交互产生的风险。并列举了造成这些风险的风险因素。以定制合理的合同、合适的外包伙伴、监督和反馈制度的建立、优化外包决策、企业与外包商关系的加强、第三方机构的加入等控制策略对不同风险因素的影响来分析不同控制策略对外包风险的有效性。最后得出结论：合适的外包伙伴策略对来自外包商的风险特别有效，监督反馈机制的建立、定制合理的合同、企业和外包商的关系策略对来自企业和外包商交互的风险特别有效，企业和外包商的关系策略对来自企业的风险特别有效。外包过程中受策略影响最大的是企业和外包商交互产生的风险，最不可控的是外包环境带来的风险。

Effectiveness Study on Control strategy for IT Outsourcing Risk

Abstract: The rapid spread of the Internet has led to the rapid development of IT industry ,IT companies is imperative for the integration and optimization of their own resources Which have shown to IT outsourcing . IT outsourcing is a business process outsourcer interaction, this process would have a risk.

Divided into several common risk: the risk of the enterprise, the outsourcer risk, the risk from outsourcing environment, the risk of interaction generated from enterprises and outsourcers. And cited the risk factors that contribute to these risks. Custom reasonable contract, the right outsourcing partner, monitoring and feedback system is established to optimize the outsourcing decision, enterprise and outsourcer strengthening of relations, third party join control strategies for different risk factors to analyze the different control strategies the effectiveness of outsourcing risk.
