浅析电源行业质量管理中存在的问题与对策——以英飞特电子（杭州）股份有限公司为例

摘要

所谓的质量管理即明确引导质量层面前进的方向、目标以及生产者的工作使命，而且要借助于质量体系里的管控策略、管理实施办法、确保和改变旧有情况使品质的控制得到提升，以此来实施质量管理。曾经的制造业都是以客户的需求作为产品生产标准，但是客户的类型在发展，客户的潜在需求也在发展，于是在市场的竞争中，制造业的重心由客户需求慢慢地移到了质量标准上来，为了应对这个既是机遇又是挑战的变革，制造型企业不得不抛弃原有的单一标准而选择兼顾客户需求与质量标准这个管理模式。

    本文以英飞特电子作为示例，研究其品质管理层面的状况与存在的缺陷。诚然客户的需求与市场的需求相对于质量标准是简单的，且生产成本是低的，但是公司若只顾追逐最大的利益而忽视质量标准，那么所制造的产品无法在市场的道路上走得更远。明确了这一点，公司针对质量标准制定了相关改进方案，对生产操作及管理人员进行质量管理的教育，深化落实质量管理在实际生产中的应用，借此对企业进行整顿升级以符合市场的发展规律与方向，确保产品以高质量获得市场，以高标准取得长远的发展。

Abstract

The so-called quality management is to clearly guide the quality of the direction of the level of progress, goals and producers of the work of the mission, but also by means of quality control system in the management strategy, management practices to ensure and change the old situation so that quality control is improved, To implement quality management. Once the manufacturing industry are based on customer demand as the production standards, but the type of customer is developing, the potential customer demand is also developing, so in the market competition, the focus of manufacturing by the customer slowly moved to the quality Standards, in order to deal with this challenge is both an opportunity and a change in manufacturing enterprises have to abandon the original single standard and select the balance between customer needs and quality standards of this management model.

    In this paper, Inventronics as an example, to study the status of quality management and the existence of defects. It is true that customer demand and market demand are simple relative to quality standards, and production costs are low. However, if the company is only pursuing the best interests and ignoring quality standards, then the manufactured products can not be long-term development in the market. With this in mind, the Company has formulated relevant improvement programs in response to quality standards, carried out quality management education on production operations and management personnel, and deepened the application of quality management in actual production, so as to rectify and upgrade the enterprises in line with the development of the market Laws and directions to ensure that products with high quality access to the market and high standards for long-term development.
