XCLW19505 我国企业战略管理的问题、成因及对策研究 (字数:6615) 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,市场竞争日趋激烈,市场环境更加复杂多变。综观国内外迅速发展壮大的企业与濒临破产的中小企业同时存在,两级分化十分明显。中小企业要在复杂多变的环境中谋求生产与发展,战略管理是必不可少的,为适应企业内外形势而作出的总体性规划。战略管理的正确与否,关系到企业在市场竞争中的衰与亡。它指明了企业在竞争环境中的生产态势和发展方向,从而决定了最重要的工作内容和竞争方式。 本文从战略管理的含义出发,对我国企业战略管理问题进行了系统分析,找出来当前企业存在的主要问题是缺乏战略意识,特别体现在战略管理、战略制定、战略实施和战略评价的具体实施中。最后提出了解决我国企业战略管理的新思路。 关键词:企业管理;战略;管理;对策 Research on the problems, causes and Countermeasures of Chinese enterprise strategic management abstract This article from the strategic management concept of strategic management of Chinese enterprises was analyzed and the main problems and find out the current existence of the enterprise is lack of strategic consciousness, especially in the specific implementation of the strategic management, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategic evaluation. Finally, the paper puts forward a new way to solve the strategic management of Chinese enterprises.
