XCLW19590 柯尔公司企业文化建设存在的问题及对策研究 (字数:6259) 摘要 改革开放三十多的历史几乎就是中国民营企业的发展史。从初期的个体经济到后来的股份制经济的发展,完成从家庭作坊到标准公司的完美蜕变。且整体环境越来越开放,越来越适合民营经济的发展。从顶层设计到底层落实都有了非常大的进步,不论政府的大力提倡的“大众创业,万众创新”,还是政府对中小企业的各种扶持政策导向。都使得我们国家成为全世界最佳的投资和创业目的地。 中国改革开放给了第一代创业者提供了历史性的机遇,在这个时期百废待兴,只要有胆识和勇气就能成就一个企业。但经过改革开发三十多年的历程,真正沉淀下来的都是靠企业文化才得以发展的,但这时期的企业文化是属于创始人文化,有很强烈英雄主义色彩。发展到现在初期成功的企业面临接班人的问题以及企业文化传承的问题。而企业文化能否得到很好的完善和传承又直接决定了接班人的选择问题。足以见得企业文化的重要性。 当今的中国开放的程度越来越大,全球化的趋势越来越显著,我们面对的竞争不再是中国的企业,而是全球型的企业,或则本土化的竞争。这个时候我们前期所有沉淀的企业文化显然遇到的困境。因为,今后的竞争不仅仅是产品本身的竞争,更是一家企业的企业文化,经营哲学的竞争。 所以本文提出要文化为体系,以战略为统领,事业部分权而治。让企业文化变成全体员工的共同的自觉需求。 关键词 民营企业 企业文化 企业文化建设 Abstract Reform and opening up more than 30 years of history is almost the history of the development of China's private enterprises.
