企业文化建设研究

摘  要：本文在阐述企业文化概念、重要作用的基础上，选取A公司作为案例企业，在充分了解该公司发展历程及企业文化建设现状情况的基础上，进一步分析其企业文化建设存在的问题，并剖析其原因所致，最后对A公司提出一些建设性意见，希望能为A公司以及其他广大中小企业文化建设提供一些参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of elaborating the concept and important role of corporate culture, A company is selected as a case. On the basis of fully understanding the development process of the company and the current situation of corporate culture construction, the paper further analyzes the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture, and analyzes the causes.
