摘    要

 职业经理人的作用并不仅仅是企业的管理者，而是带领企业发展的领导者。正因如此，职业经理人的素质将决定着一个企业发展，决定着一个企业的生死。因此，对职业经理人的培训就显得尤为重要。本文通过对职业经理人的定义、起源、国内外研究现状，我国职业经理人的发展现状进行分析，重点阐述中国的企业培训适合自己的高素质职业经理人应注意的事项。
 首先，本文将概述职业经理人和培训的相关定义和理论，并阐述选择培训高素质职业经理人这一课题的原因。
 其次，本文将讲述中国企业职业经理人参与培训的调查数据，分析中国企业职业经理人的培训现状。
 再次，本文将详细分析中国企业在培训职业经理人的过程中遇到的问题。
 最后，本文将根据以上问题提出详细的解决对策极建议，并对其进行总结。

Abstract

 The function of professional manager isn't only the manager of business enterprise only, but the leader which leads a business enterprise development. Just because of such, the character of professional manager will decide a business enterprise development, decide a life and death of business enterprise. Therefore seeming to be to the training of professional manager is importance. This text passes the definition, origins, domestic and international research present condition toward the professional manager, our country the development present condition of the professional manager carry on analytical, the point elaborates China of the business enterprise training suit own high character occupation agent and should notice of item.
 At first, I will introduce the definition and correlation theory of professional manager and training, explaining the reason to choose the research subject about training professional manager.
 At second, I will describe the survey data of China professional managers training, and analysis the training situation of China professional manager.
 At last, I will detailed analysis the problem which meets in the training professional manager's process, introducing some proposal to improve the effect of training.
