骏泽电梯公司库存管理合理化建设探讨

摘    要

 近年来，随着全球经济一体化和我国经济的高速发展，我国的生产制造行业也发生了巨大的变革，对企业生产成本的控制研究成为了企业经营活动的重要内容，其中库存管理作为企业物流活动的重要部分越来越受到企业管理者的关注，面对日益激烈的市场竞争，如何通过有效合理的库存管理工作达到降低企业生产成本，提高企业物流效率，提高自身核心竞争力，提高市场占有率，成为了当今企业管理的重要课题。
 本人通过搜集国内外库存管理资料，对库存管理理论进行研究，结合文档实习单位：广州骏泽电梯工程有限公司的具体情况，通过定性和定量研究提出企业解决实际库存问题的具体方案。研究过程中，本人通过查阅书籍、文献、网络等途径搜集库存管理相关理论资料，认识库存管理对企业实际运作的重要性。在实习期间，通过实地观察，与仓库管理有关人员的交谈，查阅资料等方式，发现骏泽电梯公司在库存管理工作上的合理措施和存在问题，结合所学的理论知识对问题进行分析，探讨问题的深层次原因，对骏泽电梯公司存在的问题提出具体可行的解决对策。
 本文在对骏泽电梯公司库存管理问题的研究中，其创新之处在于对ABC分类法进行扩展应用，传统的ABC分类法只关注物资价值、需求量等与资金有关的比例问题，但是在实际的工业生产中，物资的重量也是库存设置上一个不可忽视的因素。本文结合骏泽电梯公司的具体情况，对公司的库存物资按其价值、重量两个因素作ABC重新分类，以优化公司的库存物资存放工作，有效减少库存空间的浪费和保证物资安全。

Abstract

 In recent years, along with the global economic integrative and the high speed development of the economy of China. The manufacturing profession also Take a huge change. The control of the production cost becoming an important content of the business management activity. The storage management is the important part of the enterprise logistics activity, it is subjected to a concern by business managers more then before. Face an increasingly vigorous in market competition. how to lower the production cost though the effective storage management work, to raise a business logistics efficiency and core competencies. Finally achieve the high Market share. That is the important task in business management today.
 I collect the information of storage management from domestic and overseas, and research them. I related to the company which I take my graduation field work in a company which name Guangzhou Junze Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd., I put my advises forward to solve the storage management problems in the company via Qualitative and quantitative analysis. Search the information about storage management theory from books, literature, website and so on. I realize that the fundamentality of storage management in a company. When I worked in the company, I often observed the company, talk to the inventory managers, and check the data of inventory. I hand found the reasonable measures and problems of storage management in Junze company. Then I analysis the problems with my knowledge. Try to found the deep-seated reasons of the problems, and show the solutions of Junze's problems.
 In this paper, the innovation part is the ABC classification expansion application in the research of Junze's storage management problems. The traditional ABC classification only concerned with the material value of the capital ratio. But in actual industrial production, the weight of material is also a problem when setting up a stock can not be ignored. This paper based on the actual circumstance of Junze company. Reclassified the material with ABC classification with their value and weight. Achieve the optimization of inventory stored. Reduce the storage space in the waste effectively and make sure the material safety.
