一、现代企业文化管理的概念
关于企业文化管理的概念,国内外的学者有各种不同的理解和表述,据统计,国内外关于企业文化的定义大概有180多种,也就是说,几乎每个管理学家都有企业文化的定义。我国学者魏杰提出:所谓企业文化就是企业信奉并付诸于实践的价值理念,也就是说,企业信奉和倡导并在实践中真正实行的价值理念。企业文化是一种主观观念,又称公司文化,一般是指企业逐步形成的为全体员工所认同、遵守,带有本企业特点的价值观念,是企业在经营管理过程中创造的具有本企业特色的精神总和,对企业成员有感召力和凝聚力,能把众多人的兴趣、目的,需要以及由此产生的行为统一起来,是企业长期文化建设的反映。
