中国制造企业精益生产模式的应用现状及发展趋势

摘  要

 我国制造业与国外先进的生产制造相比，总体还是比较粗糙，核心竞争力不够。在全球化的今天，中国经济在世界中有着重要的地位，中国持续发展的今天不能仅仅依靠低劳动力成本，而是应该通过提高核心竞争力。精益生产模式在世界范围内有着广泛的运用，已被证明是先进高效的生产模式。我国制造业充分认识自身的环境，通过学习消化国内外先进思想，探索出一条适合中国本土化的精益生产道路有着重要意义。
 
 范文框架如下：首先在前言中介绍研究背景和研究方法。第二章比较全面的介绍了当前精益生产的基本理论，为我国发展方向提供参考和借鉴。然后在第三章中着重分析了国内外精益生产的运用基本情况，通过与国外先进的模式对比发现我国的不足以及认识我国目前所处的阶段。最后提出走精益生产道路是我国的必然选择，探索适合中国自身情况的方法和理论。

 丰田生产方式创造了“丰田奇迹”，缔造了日本庞大的汽车王国。由此发展而来的精益生产、精益思想在世界范围内得到广泛传播。生产方式从单件生产到大批量生产再发展到精益生产是生产方式变革的趋势，这是一场伟大的革命，有着深刻而广泛的意义和内涵。

ABSTRACT

 Be compared with foreign advanced manufacturing, the Chinese manufacturing is quite rough that lacking of core competitiveness in the globalization today. China's economy in the world has an important position. China's sustainable development can not rely solely on low labor cost, but should enhance core competitiveness through. Lean production patterns in the world has a broad application, has proved to be advanced and efficient mode of production. Chinese manufacturing must be fully aware of our own environment, through constantly study to digest advanced ideas, exploring a suited to the Chinese localization of lean production road.
 
  Papers framework are as follows: First introduced in the preamble of the research background and research methods. Chapter II more comprehensive presentation of the current lean production of the basic theory, China's development direction for the provision of reference and draw. Then in the third chapter focuses on the use of domestic and international basic lean production, with foreign advanced model that China's comparative lack of understanding of our country and the stage. Finally, take the road of lean production in China is the inevitable choice for China's own exploration of the methods and theories.
 
 Toyota production methods create the "Toyota miracle", creating Japan's largest auto Kingdom. This developed from the lean production and lean thinking in the world wide dissemination. Production from the single production to mass production and further development of lean production is to change the mode of production trends, this is a great revolution, and there is a profound and broad significance and meaning.
