摘  要

 伴随这国外企业的大量涌入，中国自动化装备行业竞争越来越激烈，使得中国的自动化装备企业面临着巨大的考验。中国的自动化装备企业为的生存和发展，必须是自身的管理更为规范，企业发展节奏进一步加快，技术更需要大力的研发。
 本人研究的企业是中国第一家平开式自动门机生产厂家——杭州安尼自动化装备有限公司。公司原生产部门管理有些混乱，生产部门与其他部门的衔接不是很流畅，严重的影响了生产的速度。为使公司的生产更为流畅，生产效率进一步得到提升，做了这次生产线改造研究。本次研究主要运用精益生产，生产线平衡和企业整体运作管理等理论，对生产流水线作了一定的调整。由于本次研究的许多数据在公司的发展历程中没有很好的记录或保存，因此本文是以理论研究为主，数据分析为辅助的一篇范文。
 更主要的改造是对生产线及与生产线相关的管理事物进行规范化改造。使其更好的配合于生产，使公司生产更为流畅。

 ABSTRACT

 With this massive influx of foreign enterprises, China's automation equipment industry increasingly competitive, making China's automation equipment enterprises are facing a huge test. China's enterprise automation equipment for the survival and development, must be more standardized management of its own, to further accelerate the pace of enterprise development, technology more efforts to research and development.
 My business is China's first open-door automatic machine manufacturer - Hangzhou Mastroianni automation equipment Limited. The original production company managed some confusion, the production sector and other sectors of convergence is not very fluent, seriously affected the production rate. To enable the production of more fluent, further enhancing production efficiency, so this line of research. The study, use of lean production, production lines and corporate balance the overall operation and management theory, the production line made some adjustments. As the study data in the company of many of the development process in the record or not well preserved, so this is mainly theoretical research, data analysis for supporting a thesis.
 A major transformation of the production line and production lines and related to standardize the management of things. To better co-ordination in production, the company produced a more fluent.
