豪情汽车制造企业生产线平衡的研究

摘  要

 制造业生产多半是在进行细分之后的多工序流水连续作业生产线上进行的,此时由于分工作业,简化了作业难度,使作业熟练度得到提高,从而提高了作业效率.然而,经过了这样的作业细分化之后,各工序的作业时间在理论上、现实上都不能完全相同,这就势必存在工序间作业负荷不均衡的现象.除了造成无谓的工时损失外,还造成大量的工序堆积,严重时会造成生产线的中止.本文通过应用基础工业工程知识，依据起生产设计，工艺流程，平面图布置，生产纲领等有关资料，通过对企业流程分析,动作分析和生产线平衡分析，力争减少企业的成本，提高企业的经济效率。

ABSTRACT
