摘要
 我国企业生产效率与德国、美国等先进国家相比，劳动生产率低下。如何缩短差距，尽快提高企业的生产效率呢？问题的关键是我们如何应用科学的思维和方法来认识和实现这一目标。其实即使有一流的硬件(设备、熟练工人、设计)，也未必能以低成本生产出高质量的产品。寻找人、机、物达到最佳平衡的工作方法，最大限度地减少三者的浪费对提高效率、降低成本才是至关重要的。
 动作研究对寻找更好的方法做出了不可估量的贡献。因此，有效地利用这一管理工具并应用于生产企业，将有助于提高其生产效率。
 本文论述了动作研究的发展与应用状况，并结合实习企业的实际情况，基于动作研究方法和理论，分析和改善本企业的生产管理，以实现提高效率，减少浪费为根本宗旨的专业要求。

ABSTRACT

 Our country enterprise efficacy is compared with the advanced countries such as Germany, USA, productivity is low. How to narrow the gap, improve the enterprise efficacy as soon as possible? The crux of the matter is how, we and realize this one target to come to know applied science thought and method. Even if having first-rate hardware (equipment, the experienced worker, design that), can produce out height mass product with low cost in fact not necessarily. That the searching people, machine, thing reach the job method that the best balances, the high limit field cuts down the triple dissipation is really to the potentiation, cost reduction all-important.
 Motion studies much better method has made immeasurable contribution out to the searching.
 This article elaborated the motion study in the application condition, and the union practice enterprise's actual situation, based on the motion study technique and the theory, analyzes and improves this enterprise the production management, realizes enhances the efficiency, reduces the waste for the basic objective specialized request.
