精益生产在宁波奇美电子有限公司的应用研究

摘要

 精益生产方式是上世纪50—60年代由日本丰田首先创立的一种先进的生产方式。它主要是通过改善活动消除隐藏在企业里的种种浪费现象，从而达到降低成本的目的。它被称为是继泰勒的科学管理方式和福特的大量装配线生产方式后的又一次革命性的生产方式，是工业工程进一步深化的结果。
 改善，意指持续不断地改进。此词也隐含每一位管理人员及作业人员，要以相对较少的费用来改进工作方法。虽然改善的步伐是一小步一小步、阶梯式的，但随着时间的演进，它会带来戏剧性的重大成果。
 持续改善的关键体现在“持续”二字。工作中必然存在很多大大小小的问题，解决了目前的问题，就必然会有新的问题出现，因此必须要持续不断地进行改善活动。持续改善理论认为，只要有问题就有进步的可能，经过改善活动的不断循环，企业的状况也就会越来越好。
 本文首先提出了本课题的研究背景、意义以及国内外的精益生产应用情况，接着介绍了精益生产发展历程，阐述了精益生产的内涵及其核心和本质。然后重点分析研究了宁波奇美电子对精益生产方式的应用。从精益生产的两大主轴——消除浪费和持续改善入手，研究其如何消除浪费并改善。最后在公司对精益生产已有的应用基础上，提出自己更进一步的对精益生产方式的理解，完善精益生产方式在宁波奇美电子的应用。

ABSTRACT

 Lean production is an advanced production method created by Japanese Toyota in 1950s. It mainly eliminates all kinds of waste Phenomenon hided in the enterprise through the improvement in order to achieve the goal of reducing the cost. It is called another revolutionary Production method after the Production method of taylor scientific management way and Ford’s massive assemblies line, it is farther deepens result of Industry Engineering.
 Kaizen means continues unceasingly improvement. This word also contains the meaning that every superintendent and operator should improve the work method in less cost. Although the step of improvement is very small, it can bring the significant achievement passing along with the time.
 The key of continued improvement is "continue". There must be many problems in our work. When you solve the current problem, a new problem is coming. So to continued improvement is necessary. The theory of Continued Improvement said that the progressing is possible after the problem. Through the cycle of continued improvement, the enterprises will be getting better and better.
 First of all，this paper process the research the background and significant of the issue, the application state of the Lean Production domestic and aboard. Secondly, introduces the development course of Lean Production，explains the content and the nature of Lean Production. And then focus on analysis of the NingBo CMO on the application of lean production. This paper studies the two main axis of Lean Production - the elimination of waste and continues improvement. Finally, proposed my ideas about Lean Production to improve the application of Lean Production.
