范文编号:GY125 范文字数:13780.页数:34 摘 要 本文介绍了仿真技术的发展及其特点，以及伴随着仿真技术发展而不断发展的仿真语言，并在此基础上简单阐述了仿真技术在生产领域的应用前景。文章重点针对仿真技术在生产线上的应用，通过分析生产线在仿真系统中的仿真策略，仿真步骤，系统地阐明了仿真技术在生产线上应用的方法。同时本文结合Flexsim软件，介绍了如何利用Flexsim软件实现生产线上的仿真建模以及其中所要注意的问题。最后以浙江绍兴永凤辅料有限公司炼漂生产线为例，对仿真的总体流程和各个详细步骤进行了研究，分析了Flexsim在生产线作业中的仿真过程及方法，阐述了用Flexsim软件进行仿真的基本步骤和关键技术，体现了仿真技术在生产线优化，提高生产效率上的优越性。
ABSTRACT This paper describes the development and characteristics of Simulation Technology, and the simulation language’s development that accompanied by Simulation Technology development. On this basis , simply clarify the application of the Simulation Technology in the production areas . The article focused on the applications of simulation technology in the production line, through analysis the simulation strategy and simulation steps of production lines in the simulation system, clarify the application methods of the Simulation Technology in the production line. Simultaneously, this paper intergrates the Flexsim software, introduced how to make use of Flexsim software to modeling in production line , and some problems that should be paid attention to . Finally, take the production line of Zhejiang Shaoxing Yongfeng Surgical Dressings and Bleached CO.,LTD’s bleaching workshop as an example, research the overall processes and all the steps in detail of simulation, analysis the simulation process and methods of Flexsim in production line , described the basic Steps and key technologies when use Flexsim software to simulation, reflects the superiority of the Simulation Technology on the optimization of production lines and increasing production efficiency. 仿真技术在生产线上的应用相关范文 |
