摘  要

 起源于日本的5S管理是一种现场管理方法，无数企业成功推行5S管理后所带来的显著改善效果表明它能够塑造企业形象、降低成本、准时交货、安全生产、高度标准化、创造令人赏心悦目的工作现场等。较早以前便有一些中国企业试图采用这种管理方法，但是取得成功的却很少。大多数企业的实施过程到了最后都陷入了“虎头蛇尾”甚至“不了了之”的尴尬境地，为什么在日本等国家取得了巨大成功的被称为“企业管理基础”的5S管理方法在中国的土地上就不能开花结果呢？本文采用企业调查研究的方法结合企业实践，就如何运用5S管理理论，提高企业现场管理水平，进行了详尽探讨。
 本文通过对温州市华联印业有限公司的实施5S管理的研究，学习运用5S管理方法，提高其公司的管理水平。针对印刷行业所遇到的问题，积极并适当的推行5S管理内容。在清晰而透彻的5S理论阐述的基础上，全景式的展示了华联印业开展5S管理的具体工作、在实施过程中所遇到的问题和取得的实际成效，并提出了改进措施。5S管理是一项理论上非常浅显易懂而实际操作上又非常注重技巧的现场管理方法，本文的介绍主要关注的是对实际做法的展现，希望能给有关的企业和管理人员以实际操作上的借鉴和帮助。

ABSTRACT

 55 are coming from Japan and a working-spot management method. Many successful experiences indicate that it can bring finer image, lower cost, less delivery time, safer working, higher standardization, more comfortable Working place in an organization. Some Chinese enterprises adopted this management method years ago. Most of them were anticlimactic or ended up with nothing definite. Why this effective and successful management method cannot be used in China? In this thesis, the writer took their company as a practice and explained in detail for how to use the 5S to get the spot management improved.
 Based on the intensive expatiation of 5S, the writer showed the whole picture of all the concrete work the Hualian Printing Company did and the harvest they acquired. The problems in the executing process and the actual achievements of Hualian Printing Company are overall view. Then provide the improve methods. 5S is an easy understanding theory but request many technique during the practice. This paper pays more attention to the way of practice. The author hopes this paper can be very useful for the other company in their management.
