基于柔性制造的制造企业生产流水线研究

摘  要

 柔性制造是先进制造技术之一，从60年代兴起以来，就受到各国的高度重视。然而大部分都还只在国家机构及一些大型跨国企业中应用，对于在制造业中占到大部分比重的中小企业还不流行。 目前全球都深受经济危机影响，制造业尤其严重。因此，积极开发柔性制造在制造业中的运用是当前制造企业度过经济危机的重要途径之一。
 本文首先通过介绍柔性制造，讨论其概念、分类及关键技术等基础理论；接着针对目前国内现状进行分析进而发现问题，再结合上述理论对问题取得相应的方法和措施；最后通过实例灶具柔性生产线的设计、布置、实施等内容，阐述通过柔性改良后的生产线所带来的优势。

 ABSTRACT

 Flexible manufacturing is one of the advanced manufacturing technology.  People attach great importance to it after rising from 1960s. Nevertheless, it was popularly used in national institutions and multinational corporations, but not in the Small and medium-sized corporations which take a key part of manufacturing enterprises. The manufacturing is the most seriously affected by global economic crisis, so one of the solutions of overcoming the economic crisis is to explore flexible manufacturing system positively used in manufacturing.
 Firstly, by introducing flexible manufacturing, this paper will show discuss the definition and sort and key technologies of AMT, and so on. Secondly, identify the problems according to the state of systems in domestic, and then solve them using the theory of flexible manufacturing system. Finally, state the superiorities of the production line after being improved by flexible manufacturing system by examples about the design of the flexible production lines and the facilities planning and executivging etc.
