冷风机装配车间的设施规划和物流系统分析——对绍兴市越冰制冷设备有限公司的研究

 在全球经济一体化的背景下，市场结构的变化和竞争的增加，使得企业原来的粗放型管理模式凸显出了许多的问题。加上2008年由美国次贷危机引起的全球金融危机的影响，许多企业面临着严峻的考验。改善管理，降低成本成为许多企业应对危机的措施。而合理的设施规划是减少浪费、降低成本重要途径之一。   
 绍兴越冰制冷设备有限公司是一家生产开启式、半封闭、全封闭制冷压缩机组以及制冷热交换机等冷风机设备，集设计、生产和销售为一体的专业性企业。在这种严峻的市场环境下，与众多企业一样，公司的管理和生产中暴露出了许多问题。本文以公司的冷风机装配车间为例，应用物流系统分析和设施规划中的主流方法——SLP方法，对其生产流程中的物流情况进行分析和研究，提出合理的建议与改善的方法。改善车间的设施布置和物流情况，降低物料搬运量，缩短搬运时间，提高企业生产效率。

ABSTRACT

 In the global economic integration，with the change of market mechanism and increase of competition ，there are many problems about enterprise's extensive  management pattern formerly. the influence of The Global Financial Crisis Of 2008 which is caused by the American subprime mortgage crisis, many enterprise is facing severe test. To face the crisis, reforming the management and reducing the cost has become the mostly methods. Reasonable facility plan is one of important method to reduce the cost and waste.
 Shaoxing Yuebing Refrigerating Equipments Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing open refrigerating compressor and cool-heat Exchanger and so on. It is an enterprise gathering design, production and marketing. IN the economic recession, many problems appear about the enterprise's management and production like others. Regard of the problems of enterprise's production system's, this paper takes air cooling machine assembly shop as an example, using the SLP method which is the mainstream method in Logistics System Analysis and Facility Plan to analyse its production process of logistics. Eventually put forward the reasonable proposal and method to improving the workshop's facilities planning and Logistics System, as well as reducing the quantity of material transporting and time. In conclusion, Reasonable facility plan raises the production efficiency of the enterprise.
