建筑工程中的项目成本控制研究

近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业的发展也是越来越快,建筑行业所能创造的经济效益也越来越受人肯定,越来越多的人想在建筑行业分一杯羹.但是在政府不断出台的最新政策下,建筑行业在不断的完善和规范下,建筑市场逐渐淘汰了许多竞争力不足,业务能力低下,企业管理水平落后的企业.而如何在市场厮杀中存活下来,在保证工程质量的同时,面对市场效益的逐步缩减,抢夺建筑市场这块大蛋糕是所有建筑企业都关心的问题.随着现代科学管理的发展,建筑企业对成本控制越来越重视,做好建筑企业项目成本控制有利于降低成本,增强企业效益,加大市场竞争力,对建筑企业意义重大.本文对建筑公司项目的各项成本进行了介绍,阐述了控制的内容,重要性,作用,建筑工程中存在的问题及解决方法，成本控制的具体措施。

Abstract

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the development of the construction industry is also getting faster and faster,and the economic benefits that the construction industry can create are more and more recognized,and more people want to get a piece of the construction industry.However,under the latest policy issued by the government,the construction industry has gradually eliminated many enterprises with insufficient competitiveness,low business ability and backward management level under the continuous improvement and standardization of the construction market.And how to survive in the market fight,while ensuring the quality of the project,in the face of the gradual reduction of market efficiency,snatching the construction market this big cake is the concern of all construction enterprises.Follow-up With the development of modern scientific management,construction enterprises pay more and more attention to cost control.It is of great significance for construction enterprises to do a good job in project cost control of construction enterprises to reduce costs,enhance enterprise efficiency and increase market competitiveness.This paper introduces the cost of construction company project,expounds the content,importance,function,problems and solutions in construction engineering,and the concrete measures of cost control.
