范文编号:JX1662 范文字数:17275.页数:27 附任务书,开题报告,CAD图,机械加工工艺,外文翻译 摘 要 本文主要对CA1091传动轴凸缘叉加工工艺过程以及夹具进行了设计、对CAD绘图的知识及优点进行了整理。了解分析了目前CA1091型车传动轴凸缘叉的制造技术及发展趋势。通过对传动轴凸缘叉的工作条件、结构、技术要求的了解,对CA1091传动轴凸缘叉进行加工工艺编制。本文对夹具设计的相关知识进行了整合,并提出了在夹具设计中应注意的问题和应遵守的原则。在对国内外夹具的设计现状进行分析的基础上,针对中小企业广泛使用夹具常出现的情况,我们有必要对夹具进行设计,具有现代机床夹具设计的相关知识,这样可有效地提高夹具设计的速度和质量,从而提高企业效益。此外,本文顺应现代机械设计发展趋势,利用CAD绘出产品零件及重要工序夹具图。同时,该设计还培养了我综合运用所学知识,独立完成产品设计的能力,以及分析和解决问题的能力。 关键词:凸缘叉;工艺;夹具;CAD;设计; This paper mainly CA1091 fork shaft flange machining process and the fixture has been designed on the CAD drawing knowledge and virtues of the order.
