摘  要

 文档设计我做的是锐意车中控盒挡板双型腔注射模设计，我采用的方法主要是通过实际模具的测量、数据分析、参数计算、参考文献等等来完成。
 本设计主要锻炼自己的独立动手和分析、巩固自己专业知识的过程，本设计呢主要分五个方面来设计，并通过计算分析来为模具选材、选择方法，第一部分主要分析阐述当前模具的发展；第二部分主要分析挑选方案，那一种方案更合适于本设计并论证，通过对模具本身的物理性质和其他性质分析最终确定用卧式螺杆式注射机。第三部分是对模具结构的设计，通过对凹模、凸模分别分析、计算来更进一步的了解模具它们独有的一些特性用于设计的应用；第四部分是来关注下浇注系统的设计，对其各部分的特性进行分析来为本设计做合理设计；最后总结。

 关键词：模具；斜导柱；顶出机构；斜滑块；注塑模；浇注系统；冷却系统；侧向抽芯机构； 脱模机构。

Abstract

 Graduation Project I do is to control the car is determined to baffle box design of dual-cavity injection mold, I used mainly by the method of measurement of the actual mold, data analysis, parameter calculation, references, etc. to complete.     The design of the main exercise its own independent analysis of hand and to consolidate the process of their own expertise, the design is divided into five main aspects of this design and, through calculation and analysis for mold material selection method, the first part of the main analysis of the current development of mold ; the second part of the selection of the main analysis program, a program that is more appropriate in the design and feasibility studies, through the mold itself and other physical properties of the final determination of the nature of analysis of horizontal injection machine screw. The third part of the die structure design, through the die, punch, respectively, calculated to further their understanding of mold characteristics unique to the application for the design; fourth part is the attention to the design of gating system , the characteristics of the various parts of its analysis to make rational design-based design; concluded.
