摘要

 塑料工业是当今极具活力是一门产业，塑料制品通常要通过模具而定型，最终成为产品，其中注射成型是当今市场最常用、最具前景的塑料成型方法之一。通过各种资料的查询以及网络上有关注塑模发展状况的搜索，最终确定对路宝车烟灰缸盖双型腔注塑模进行设计，并给出了整体设计方案。设计之初对塑料制品的结构及材料性能进行了分析，包括其形状尺寸等方面的要求。然后是型腔数的确定及注射机的选择。接下来是模具总体结构设计，其中包括分型面的确定，凸凹模结构的设计及成型零件机构的选择。最后对模具的具体结构进行了详细的设计，包括成型零件具体尺寸计算，浇注系统，冷却系统，引气排溢系统，脱模机构，抽芯机构等部分的设计。

Abstract

    Plastic industry is one of active industry, plastic products are always made by mould. Injection molding is used widly and is one of the most prospect formating mothed in today market. According to search for various kinds of materials,and  paying close attention to injection mould the state of development through the inquiry and network , finally confirm to design the Lubao car ashtray lid of two shape injection mould,and then provide the whole design plan . First plastic product analysis is conducted, including its material and shape size and so on. Then the number of the cavity and the choice of injection machine, as well as the general mold concrete design, include the face designing of the injecting system,cavity and core design and the choice of formate port mechanism.The last and the most important part is the detail design of injection mould , include formate port design , noting system ,cooling system, air supplement and platoon overflows system, the outing organizations, the organization for taking out the core and so on.
